Right of Withdrawal

Do you reside in the European Union and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal?

Here's how to proceed:

1. Click the account icon in the top right corner.
2. Log in to your Shop account or enter the email address used to place your order.
3. Once logged in, select the relevant order.
4. Click "Cancel items" or "Return items" (depending on the status of your order).
5. Select the items you wish to return.
6. If you are returning items, provide a reason for each item.
7. Click "Review changes".
8. Click "Submit request".
9. Our team will review your request. Once it has been approved, we will send you the return instructions and the address to which your parcel should be returned.

Please note:

• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• Products must not have been used.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your refund will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse in Canada.
