Shipping times

In Europe, orders usually ship in 3 to 6 working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any typing errors or incomplete data in your delivery address, making it impossible to deliver your order. We can redirect your package to you if you pay the shipping costs.

Delay in delivery

In case of late delivery, please check if your package was dropped off at a neighbour’s house or at your local post office. If this is not the case, contact us at [email protected].

An investigation will be opened with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that it takes up to 21 working days to get a return from the carrier. If during this period, your package is found, it will be shipped to your delivery address. After 21 days, the package will be considered lost.

Delivery of your order

Upon delivery, we recommend that you check the condition of the products you ordered.

Customs and entry taxes in your country

If you have ordered from a country outside the European Union, the costs related to customs fees and taxes will be charged to you by the authorities in your country.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against defects with the stitching or trimmings for 12 months following the date of purchase.

Return Policy

Return Policy for Single-Use Medical Instruments for Children – Béké-Bobo therapeutic teddy bears

At Béké-Bobo, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. We understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please carefully read our return policy below to understand the applicable conditions and procedures.

Acceptable Return Conditions

We only accept returns of single-use medical instruments for children in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a return or exchange. The defect must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • Unopened Products: We also accept the return of single-use medical instruments for children that have never been unwrapped, opened, or used. The product must be in its original packaging, intact, and in perfect condition.

    Return Procedure

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our Customer Service: Before returning an item, contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without this number.
    • Return the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the purchase invoice along with the RAN. The items must be returned to the following address: 404 rue Alain, suite 4, Saint-Amable, Québec, Canada, J0L1N0.
    • Return Shipping Fees: The shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
    • Product Inspection: Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions specified above. Once the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

      Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

      Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

      • Products that have been unwrapped, opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
      • Products that do not meet the specified return criteria.
